Store Policy

1. Order Processing

We accept orders through both our website and our physical store in Iligan City. All orders must be fully paid before preparation. Every arrangement is freshly prepared and requires approximately one hour of handling time.

2. Payment Methods

We offer secure and convenient payment options, including GCash, bank transfers through BPI and PNB, credit or debit card payments via PayMongo, Maya, and cash on pickup.

3. Custom and Special Orders

Custom bouquet requests are welcome, and all personalized or special orders require full payment upfront before preparation begins.

4. Substitution Policy

In cases where certain flowers are unavailable, we will contact the customer for approval whenever possible. If the customer cannot be reached, our florists may substitute flowers of equal or higher value while maintaining the same color palette and overall style.

5. Same-Day Orders

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Orders made after the cut-off will be prepared for the next available delivery schedule unless a later time is selected by the customer.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

Customer information is used strictly for order processing and delivery purposes. Some details may be shared with delivery personnel solely to ensure successful delivery. We do not share or sell any customer information beyond these purposes.

7. Order Confirmation and Updates

Order confirmations are sent via email after checkout. Customers also receive a photo of their final bouquet before delivery, along with a confirmation photo once the item has been successfully received.

8. Store Hours

Our store operates daily from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

9. Pick-Up Orders

Pick-up is available at our store located beside Cut Salon, in front of Plaza Alemania Hotel, Quezon Avenue, Iligan City, 9200. Customers may select or specify their preferred pick-up time during checkout.

10. After-Sales Support

If flowers arrive damaged, customers must report the issue immediately upon delivery and provide supporting photos. Verified concerns will be replaced at no additional cost. Care instructions are also provided to help maintain freshness.
