Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage​
We deliver across the whole of Iligan City, including San Miguel, Tibanga, Santiago, Canaway, Bagong Silang, Palao, Ubaldo Laya, Tambacan, Saray, Tubod, Camague, Baraas, Laville, Tambo, Hinaplanon, Upper Luinab, Lower Luinab, Del Carmen, Tominobo, Barinaut, Sta. Felomina, Acmac, Puga-an, Ma. Cristina, Fuentes, Abuno, Santa Elena, Suarez, San Roque, Ditucalan, Buruun, Bonbonon, Kiwalan, Dalipuga, and Upper Tominobo.
We also deliver to nearby areas outside Iligan City such as Linamon, Lugait, Kauswagan, Baloi, Punta Silum, Tacub, and Manticao.

 

Delivery Schedule​
Our delivery schedule is arranged by batch to ensure timely dispatch:

  • Batch 1: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Batch 2: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Batch 3: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • Batch 4: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM​

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
 
Delivery Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the distance and recipient’s barangay. Delivery cost will be shown upon checkout.​

Handling Time
Each order is freshly prepared with care. Please allow approximately 1 hour for arrangement and processing after checkout.

Special Delivery Instructions
We accept surprise deliveries for special occasions. Our rider may call or text the receiver for location directions if needed to ensure successful delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the receiver is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will reschedule the delivery. A redelivery fee will apply, equal to the original delivery charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

No Return & No Refund Policy
All flower purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of fresh, perishable products. Once an order is prepared or dispatched, we are unable to cancel or issue refunds.

Rescheduling Instead of Returns
In the event of a failed delivery (receiver not available, unresponsive contact numbers, wrong address provided, or no authorized person to receive), the order will be rescheduled to a new delivery time or date.

The full value of the order stays the same and can be used for a future delivery of equal value.

Redelivery Fee
A redelivery fee will apply, equal to the same amount as the original delivery charge, since the rider must make a second trip.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If flowers arrive damaged or significantly incorrect, please send us a photo within 1 hour of delivery. Verified cases will be replaced or adjusted free of charge.
(Note: Slight variations in color, size, or flower availability may occur due to market supply.)
 
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes to delivery time, message cards, or minor arrangement details are allowed as long as the order has not yet been prepared. Once flowers are already arranged or in transit, cancellation is no longer allowed.

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure the provided delivery address and receiver contact details are accurate. Failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information will follow our redelivery + reschedule policy.
