How do I place an order?
You can order through our website or visit our physical store. Choose your bouquet, select your delivery or pick-up time, and complete payment to confirm your order.
Do I need to pay before my order is prepared?
Yes. All orders must be fully paid before we begin arranging your bouquet.
Do you accept custom bouquet requests?
Yes, we accept custom designs for any occasion. Full payment is required upfront for all custom orders.
Can I make changes to my order after payment?
Changes may be made only if the bouquet has not yet been prepared.
Can I write a message card without revealing my name?
Absolutely — you may include any message you prefer, with or without your name.
